Why am I unable to tolerate wine now?

I hope it’s appropriate to post this here.

For about 2 months I’ve been unable to tolerate wine. Usually I get terrible gastro distress the day after, but the most recent time I experienced quite bad stomach cramps - this was after half a bottle of White Zinfandel.

Naturally, I’m quite disappointed as wine has been my Friday night wind-down for some years. Any advice on what this could be?
