Writing a wine book, need help getting labels off bottles

Hey yall, im sure this has already been posted some where, and ive also googled till i cant google no more. I need some help getting wine labels off bottles with out destroying them…… obviously. I have a few chateau mouton rothchilds and some opus ones, soul of a lion that i want, plus some very average ferrari carano, daou, and what not.

I just want the best most trustworthy way of getting it off. Ive heard hot water, blow dryer and some sort of amazon tape that does it. What do you guys use?
