Osso Bucco wine pairing

Hello, I am in France and don’t have Italian wines in my cellar . I am making an Osso Bucco today (tomato sauce version, but no gremolata).

Any pairing suggestions?

I have some Cornas, CdP, Gigondas (longue toque) and Haut Puech Tete de Bélier from Languedoc.

But they are fairly young .

Any recommendations will be appreciated!
