I’m still very much a beginner (currently more of a Moscato/sweeter wine person), but I’ve recently gotten really interested in learning more about wine, developing my palate, going to tastings/classes, and eventually understanding enough to not completely embarrass myself talking about wine lol.
I’m planning to take a few wine classes this summer and would also love to find:
- beginner-friendly wine groups/events
- other people who are also getting into wine
- or even people who genuinely enjoy introducing newbies to the wine world
I’m especially interested in learning how to appreciate drier wines and getting better at understanding tasting notes/regions/language.
