Hi! Was looking for some recomnendation on how long we'd need to decant a bottle of Pontet Canet 2010 for! We're heading out for a dinner, so if we had the restaurant decant it at 7 and start drinking it at 9, do you think that'd be enough time? Thanks in advance!
