What do you think about this trend?
I’ve had a few of these wines, and aside from being seriously overpriced, they usually lacked the structure and depth their still counterparts have. Is this just a passing fad or something more?

For 15 years, Athan Zafirov has traveled the vineyards around the world and worked with some of the greatest chefs including Francois Duc and Alan Brown.
