My boyfriend and I never really drink, we know nothing about wine. But we bought a 2006 dom perignon for his brother, to give to him later. We thought it would be fun since he is born in 2006. But we are saving it for a special occasion, like graduating university or getting married/engaged. But that is years from now. And therefore we are wondering where to store it. We don't have a wine cooler/fridge or a wine cellar. We have a room in the basement which is a little cooler than the rest of the house, but it is not underground, and we don't know how much the temperature fluctuates. We also have a extra fridge we can store it in. We live in Norway. Can we store it in the fridge for 5 year? Or the basement room?😅
