Seeking Suggestions for 3 Days in Burgundy

Good morning, r/wine!

I’ve been fortunate enough to snag a few days in Burgundy after a work trip, but aside from some bookmarked spots I’ve had no time to properly plan.

So, I come to this community for recommendations on wineries, restaurants, and points of interest.

As a bit of context: I’m staying in Puligny-Montrachet, and have been to Beaune before, so I feel like I’ve got that covered. We’ll hit Dijon and Chablis on our drive back to Paris. Also, our palate skews more red than white.

These are my winery bookmarks from previous r/wine posts: Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey Domaine Paul Pillot Pierre girardin Domaine Robert Chevillon

As for restaurants, there’s one in Beaune we’re going back to, but wide open to suggestions to the south. Restaurant L’Escale is the only maybe on my list at the moment.

Thank you in advance!
