Hi everyone,
I'll be in Geneva from 9–12 December and thought it could be fun to organise a casual wine evening if there's enough interest.
I'm from South Africa and will be bringing a mixed case (or two or more ðĪŠ) of wines that I think are a great representation of what we're producing at the moment — some bottles that many people outside SA may not have come across yet. The idea would simply be to share, taste, chat about wine and meet fellow enthusiasts.
The only catch is that I'll be staying in a hotel, so I don't have a venue. If someone would be happy to host (even just around a dining table with a handful of wine geeks), I'd happily supply the wines and help make it a fun evening.
No formal tasting or masterclass just people who enjoy good wine, good conversation and discovering something new. I’m thinking wines from along the The Hemel-en-Aarde Valley route ðĪ
If this sounds like something you'd be interested in, leave a comment or send me a DM. If we get enough interest, we can work out the details.
Cheers! ð·
