How to remember so many wines you tasted and events joined

I enjoy going all kinds of different wine tasting events，either small ones introducing one brand different varieties or same variety different vintage or some big events hosted by big organisations. But after tasting a lot，i‘m struggling to keep track of all the events i joined and the wines i like during the tasting. I’ll write down some notes in my note book，but not every consistent. Does anyone have some good suggestions？
