Of course we all enjoy wine, but for how many of us does that include making the stuff? Harvest has arrived so I thought I would see how popular this sort of thing is. Obviously it’s not so easy (but not impossible!) for folks who don’t live near wine growing areas, so who does? Have you had good results, and do you find it worth the effort? And how do you get your grapes?
For 15 years, Athan Zafirov has traveled the vineyards around the world and worked with some of the greatest chefs including Francois Duc and Alan Brown.
