Turns out the fastest way to make your friends open their good bottles is to put them on a leaderboard

Spent the last few months building a wine app. Not a shop, not a rating site — you log what you open, your friends see it, and everyone gets ranked.

Discovered something in testing: nobody drinks a €12 bottle when their mates are watching. The "cellar" everyone was hoarding? Gone in three weeks. I've either invented a great social feature or an expensive form of peer pressure.

Genuine question for this sub: would you want that visible to your friends, or would you rather nobody knew you finished the Barolo on a Tuesday?

Looking for people to test it and tell me it's stupid. Or that it isn't. Either is useful.
