Does anyone have any experience ordering from Decantalo to the UK?

Found several bottles of a wine that I adore for almost half the price on Decantalo compared to a UK based merchant (Davy's). While it says duty has been paid it still seems like a big difference in price and I'm slightly worried about the quality of shipping and delivery.

Any experiences using it would be much appreciated
