While ethanol and methanol substance in an over 30 year old unopened bottle of Wine increase or decrease?

I have an unopened bottle of wine that my dad showed me. It is over 30 years in the house. Will this long age change the amount of ethanol and methanol in it. Could I get a methanol poisoning when drinking it or touching the bottle?

Also a bonus question. How would it be if the bottle was opened once?
