Getting into Viniculture?

I, like all of you love wine. A lot. I’d say I’m passionate about it and how it brings out flavours in food and cheese etc. as well as how complex it is alone!

I’m considering studying viniculture/vinticulture and making a career change as I feel that working with and being involved in that world suits my values and wants for the kind of life I want to live.

Before i start making changes, are there any wine makers, vineyard operators/operations managers on here that can speak to what it’s like to work in wine? I’d love to hear any and all stories.
