Hello! I am going to George's Wine Bar tomorrow at Disney Springs. I was bit overwhelmed by their menu. In all the other planning we've done for this trip, I never thought to research for this. And now looking at the menu... duh! I'm not a wine connoisseur. However, I've been to a few vineyards and various tastings and always enjoyed the experience. Tho, for the life of me, can never seem to retain knowledge about wines.
When it comes to food and alchohol, I do enjoy exploring the range of tastes. So I'd love some recommendations of wine. I'm going with my brother in the afternoon. I think we're going try and keep the bill around $300, which seems like a decent amount to try different things.
In general, I'll drink most wines. I tend to prefer slightly sweet wines. I enjoy chards. That said, I would love to explore a whole spectrum of wines. So any and all recs would be appreciated. Thank you!
